NOTE! The staff of the Cinema Center reserves the right to ask the audience to show an ID document as a proof of age at the ticket office and the entrance. Tickets are not sold for the films marked with this index to the minors. Also, they are not admitted to the cinema and money for illegally purchased tickets (e.g. purchased online or by other adults) is non-refundable.
Meaning: Restricted, prohibited. An ID document is required as a proof of age.
“Film indexes according to the age of the audience are regulated by the Law on Cinema of the Republic of Lithuania (Official Gazette, 2002, No. 31-1107; 2012, No. 6-192).
Films are indexed by the Lithuanian Film Center on the proposal of the Film Indexing Commission. The Film Center does not index films. However, it is directly responsible for the violations in this respect.
In case of doubts that the person purchasing tickets is younger than required by the regulated film index, we will ask to show us an ID document at the ticket office and the entrance to prove the age, and will refuse selling a ticket and/or admission to the cinema.
