Guest Admission Policy
These rules (hereinafter “General Terms and Conditions of Cinema Attendance”) apply to Cinamon Operations Lithuania, UAB, a company registered in Lithuania (registry code: 300117565, legal address: Islandijos pl. 32, LT-47446 Kaunas), operating under the trademark “CINAMON.”
Acceptance of these general terms is considered a binding agreement between “CINAMON Cinema” and the “Visitor” (i.e., the client using the services in accordance with these terms).
1. Visiting CINAMON cinemas is subject to the established internal rules. By purchasing a ticket, the visitor agrees to comply with these rules.
2. CINAMON reserves the right to deny entry or ask a visitor to leave the cinema premises if they violate the internal rules, without refunding the ticket price.
3. Visitors must present a valid ticket to enter the screening hall. The visitor may:
(1) enter only the hall specified on the ticket,
(2) attend only the specified screening,
(3) remain in the hall only during the screening time, and
(4) occupy only the seat or seat type marked on the ticket (if indicated).
4. Visitors must retain their paper or digital ticket (e.g., via their CINAMON Key account) until the end of the screening. Re-entry may be denied without a valid ticket.
5. Ticket prices may change between the time of purchase and the screening. If the purchase price exceeds the valid price at the time of the screening, the visitor is entitled to a refund of the difference.
6. To avoid disturbing other visitors, the CINAMON duty manager may deny entry to latecomers after the screening has begun.
7. Mobile phones must be switched to silent or airplane mode during the screening.
8. Audio or video recording during screenings is strictly prohibited, including use of mobile phones with recording capabilities. CINAMON reserves the right to notify relevant authorities if copyright infringement is suspected.
9. CINAMON is not responsible for the accuracy of information disseminated by third parties (e.g., advertisements).
10. It is prohibited to bring or consume food or beverages not purchased on the cinema premises.
11. Visitors must remain only in designated areas and follow instructions from staff or representatives.
12. CINAMON is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
13. Visitor conduct must align with generally accepted norms and be appropriate. CINAMON may remove a disruptive visitor from the cinema without refund. Inappropriate behavior from one group member may result in the entire group being asked to leave. Entry may be denied or police contacted if necessary.
14. Animals are not allowed in the cinema, except during designated pet-friendly screenings.
15. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited on cinema premises. Violators will be removed without refund.
16. Bringing alcohol or illegal substances is prohibited, except for alcohol purchased on-site, which may only be consumed in designated areas. Intoxicated persons will be removed immediately.
17. CINAMON has the right to inspect the visitor’s identity or belongings. In the case of safety risks (e.g., weapons, drugs), entry may be denied, and police may be contacted. Prohibited items (e.g., food, drinks) may be temporarily confiscated until the visitor leaves.
18. Visitors may not insult, threaten, or behave rudely toward staff or other visitors. CINAMON will take all necessary steps to prevent such behavior.
19. CINAMON reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not meeting age requirements or unable to provide proof of age. A valid ID may be required at ticket purchase or entry.
20. A child ticket is valid for children aged 2–12, provided a valid ID can be shown if needed.
21. A student ticket is valid for individuals aged 13–18 with a valid student ID.
22. To use a university student ticket, the individual must be at least 18 years old, enrolled in full-time or part-time study, and provide a valid student ID.
23. A pensioner or special needs ticket is valid upon presentation of appropriate documentation.
24. CINAMON uses video surveillance for safety and security to prevent and detect possible violations.
25. Visitors must not endanger the safety of other visitors or staff. CINAMON reserves the right to take necessary actions (including entry bans, reporting to police, and claiming damages).
26. CINAMON is not responsible for third-party information displayed in cinemas.
27. It is recommended that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult. An adult is defined as someone who has purchased an adult, pensioner, or student ticket (18+).
28. CINAMON reserves the right to change or cancel the screening time or date without prior notice.
29. CINAMON may amend the general terms of attendance at any time without prior notice. Visitors may request the current version via email at mega@cinamonkino.com. Nothing in these terms limits the visitor’s statutory consumer rights.
Cinema ticket purchases and payment methods
1. Visitors can purchase tickets on the website cinamonkino.com, at self-service kiosks, and at regular cinema box offices.
2. Tickets purchased via cinamonkino.com will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
3. CINAMON does not refund purchased tickets. In the event of a cancelled or interrupted screening, the customer may exchange the ticket for an alternative screening.
4. Customers may purchase tickets, snacks, and beverages in euros or by using CINAMON Key loyalty card bonus points.
5. The following payment methods are accepted at CINAMON cinema sales points and self-service kiosks: bank cards, cash, CINAMON KEY bonus money, cinema gift cards, and vouchers. On the cinamonkino.com website, payment can be made by bank card, internet bank transfer, cryptocurrency, CINAMON KEY bonus money, gift cards, and vouchers.
6. By purchasing a cinema ticket, the customer confirms agreement with CINAMON’s general terms and conditions.
7. Ticket payments are non-refundable. Visitors must check their tickets upon receipt (including electronic orders). CINAMON is not obligated to correct ticket information resulting from technical errors. The resale or exchange of tickets is not permitted.
8. Entry to the cinema premises is allowed only with a valid ticket, which will be checked by cinema staff or scanned upon entry.
9. If a visitor wishes to change their seat to one with a higher price (e.g., double seat or Premium seat), the price difference must be paid.
10. If the visitor is unable to present a printed ticket or ticket code, they may present the purchase or booking number at the box office.
11. Ticket changes are only allowed according to CINAMON's rules. Refunds are only issued if the screening is cancelled due to CINAMON’s fault. In other cases, tickets can be changed up to 1 hour before the screening by sending the payment confirmation number to the relevant cinema’s email (mega@cinamonkino.com) or by visiting the cinema box office. Last-minute ticket changes are not possible.
12. When purchasing a discounted ticket, cinema staff have the right to request a document proving eligibility for the discount.
13. When purchasing a discounted ticket, staff may ask for a document that entitles the customer to the discount.
14. Ticket prices include all applicable taxes.
15. Online banking links available on the website: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Coop, LHV. All prices are displayed in euros (€).
CINAMON KEY Loyalty Program
CINAMON KEY is a voluntary loyalty program available to all visitors. Participation in the program provides the discounts and rewards described below. Joining the program is free of charge.
How to become CINAMON KEY member
1. If you have previously been a member of CINAMON's loyalty program, you have been automatically enrolled in the CINAMON KEY program and can enjoy all currently available discounts and benefits without any additional registration.
2. If you are not yet a CINAMON user, simply fill out a short registration form to gain access to all available discounts and benefits. Registration is free and takes approximately 1 minute.
3. You are considered a CINAMON KEY member if:
(1)You present a physical CINAMON KEY card, which you can receive free of charge at the cinema box office; or
(2)You log in to your user account on cinamonkino.com or at the self-service kiosk.
4. If you have lost your physical CINAMON KEY card, please contact us in writing or inform a cinema staff member. A new physical card can only be issued at the cinema box office.
5. All CINAMON KEY ticket discounts are valid immediately after registration, while discounts on snacks and drinks become valid within 24 hours of joining.
6. All CINAMON KEY benefits and discounts apply only to registered purchases. Make sure you are always logged in when buying tickets online or at the self-service kiosk! Be sure to present your CINAMON KEY card at the box office as well!
Every 10th ticket is free
1. To receive one free ticket, you must purchase 9 cinema tickets over an unlimited period of time. Your purchase history is visible in your account when you log in to cinamonkino.com or use a CINAMON self-service kiosk. Information about your account status is also available at the cinema box office.
2. The free ticket will be added to your account within 24 hours after purchasing the 9th ticket.
3. Information about the free ticket will be displayed in your CINAMON KEY account.
4. The free ticket is valid for 2 months from the date it is added to your account.
5. The free ticket can be used on the cinamonkino.com website, at CINAMON self-service kiosks, or at the cinema box office.
6. The use of a free ticket does not count toward the accumulation of the next free ticket (i.e., it is not counted as a purchased ticket).
7. Tickets purchased using gift cards or vouchers do not count toward earning a free ticket.
8. Please note that this program is only valid for registered purchases. Make sure you are logged in when buying tickets! Always present your CINAMON KEY card at the box office.
9. It is not possible to reserve double seats or Premium seats with a free ticket.
Evety 5th SUPER COMBO is free
1. The SUPER COMBO includes a large popcorn (L) and a large drink cup (Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Fanta, or Sprite).
2. To receive one free SUPER COMBO, you must purchase four SUPER COMBOs over an unlimited period of time.
3. Your SUPER COMBO purchase history is visible in your user account when you log in to cinamonkino.com or use a CINAMON self-service kiosk. Account status information is also available at the cinema box office.
4. The free SUPER COMBO will be added to your account within 24 hours after the purchase of the fourth SUPER COMBO.
5. Information about the free SUPER COMBO is available on your CINAMON KEY account page.
6. The free SUPER COMBO is valid for 2 months from the date it becomes available in your account.
7. The free SUPER COMBO can only be redeemed at the cinema box office.
8. The use of a free SUPER COMBO does not count toward the accumulation of the next free SUPER COMBO (i.e., it is not counted as a purchase).
9. Please note that this offer is only valid for registered purchases. Always present your CINAMON KEY card at the box office.
10% bonus savings on ticket purchases
1. 10% of the value of each ticket purchase is credited to the customer's account as bonus points.
2. The balance of accumulated bonus points can be viewed in your user account.
3. Bonus points can be used to pay for cinema tickets, snacks, and drinks.
4. Since bonus points are not real currency, purchases made with bonus points do not generate additional points.
5. Information about accumulated bonus points is available on the website, at self-service kiosks, and at the cinema box office.
6. Bonus points can be used until the end of the current calendar year (for example, points collected this year are valid until December 31).
7. Please note that bonus points are credited only for registered purchases. Make sure you are logged into your account when buying tickets online! Always present your CINAMON KEY card at the cinema box office.
25% ticket discound for all students
1. Students aged 13 to 18 and university students are eligible for up to a 25% discount on tickets. The discount does not apply to tickets that are part of special promotions (e.g., “Yes Day,” “Citadele,” etc.).
2. The student discount does not apply to double seats or Premium seats.
3. Students can receive up to a 25% discount upon presenting a valid student ID.
4. Discounted tickets can be purchased on the website cinamonkino.com, at self-service kiosks, or at the CINAMON cinema box office.
5. All students entering the cinema with a discounted ticket must present a valid student ID upon arrival.
6. Please ensure you are logged into the system when purchasing tickets online! Always present your CINAMON KEY card at the box office.
Ticket discount for all children
1. All children up to and including 12 years old are eligible for a ticket discount.
2. The discount amount depends on the day and time of the screening.
3. The discount does not apply to tickets included in special promotions (e.g., “Yes Day,” “Citadele,” etc.).
4. Discounted children’s tickets can be purchased on the website cinamonkino.com, at self-service kiosks, or at the CINAMON cinema box office. The discount applies only to registered users. Always present your CINAMON KEY card at the box office.
5. Children under the age of 3 (inclusive) do not need a separate ticket if they do not occupy their own seat and sit on the accompanying adult’s lap.
30% ticket discount for all seniors and disabled customers
1. All adults presenting a valid pension certificate or disability document are eligible for a discount of up to 30% off the regular ticket price. The discount does not apply to tickets included in special promotions (e.g., “Yes Day,” “Citadele,” etc.).
2. The discount is not valid for double seats or Premium seats.
3. Discounted tickets can be purchased on the website cinamonkino.com, at self-service kiosks, or at the CINAMON cinema box office. The discount applies only to registered users. Always present your CINAMON KEY card at the box office.
5% discount on snacks and drinks
1. All CINAMON KEY members receive a 5% discount on all snacks and drinks. The discount does not apply to alcoholic beverages.
2. Snacks and drinks with the 5% discount can only be purchased at the cinema’s on-site sales points.
3. Please note that this discount applies only to purchases made using the CINAMON KEY card.
Tickets buying and redeeming
1. Tickets can be purchased through online channels or on-site at the cinemas. Online channels include the CINAMON website and self-service kiosks (located in cinemas or associated shopping centers).
2. At the cinema box office, tickets can be bought either at staffed counters or self-service kiosks on a first-come, first-served basis. The box office opening hours correspond to the cinema’s operating hours and are listed on the contact information page.
3. Tickets and other products can be purchased at the cinema box office with cash (euros only €), valid debit or credit cards, as well as CINAMON gift cards and vouchers. The customer selects the seat before payment. To avoid errors, the cashier will ask the customer to verify tickets and the receipt immediately at the box office. Tickets for the desired screening can be purchased up to 30 minutes after its start. Tickets can be exchanged up to 1 hour before the screening begins (see ticket exchange policy).
4. Cinema products (excluding alcoholic and energy drinks) can be purchased from self-service kiosks using a valid bank card or CINAMON KEY bonus points.
5. When purchasing a discounted ticket, cinema staff have the right to request documentation verifying eligibility. Ticket prices depend on the selected screening, not on the day or time of purchase. All ticket prices include applicable taxes.
6. Tickets can be purchased online either as a registered user or as a guest. Discounts and loyalty program benefits apply only to registered users (see CINAMON loyalty program terms). Discounts are offered to loyalty program members, children, students, youth, pensioners, and persons with special needs according to cinema rules and price lists. If a customer purchases a discounted ticket without proof of eligibility, the cinema reserves the right to charge the price difference.
7. Online ticket payments can be made with debit cards, credit cards, or cryptocurrency.
8. A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased in a single transaction.
9. If you wish to purchase more than 10 tickets or plan to visit the cinema with a school or other group, please contact the cinema team in advance at mega@cinamonkino.com and submit a group booking request.
Vouchers/ gift cards buying and redeeming
Vouchers
1. Vouchers and gift cards can be purchased at cinema box offices or via the website cinamonkino.com. Their quantities and prices may vary. Voucher codes can be used to pay for tickets in all ticket sales channels except CINAMON self-service kiosks. Customers can redeem tickets independently by entering a valid gift ticket code in the “coupon code” field during online purchase.
2. No CINAMON discount coupons, codes, or gift cards may be used to reserve tickets online unless the coupon/code explicitly states otherwise (e.g., promotions with CINAMON partners).
3. Free vouchers can be redeemed both at the cinema box office and online by using the voucher code.
4. Vouchers and gift cards purchased online are electronic products and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, payment cards, or loyalty points.
Gift Cards
1. Gift cards can be used to pay for tickets and other products at the cinema box office (except for the purchase of other gift cards and vouchers). A gift card is treated as a payment method; however, CINAMON does not exchange gift cards for cash.
2. Gift cards and vouchers can be used until their expiry date, which is indicated on the respective card or ticket.
3. Gift cards can be used multiple times until their balance is depleted.
4. If the price of the purchased ticket/product exceeds the value of the gift card, the customer pays the difference. If the purchase is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance is not refunded in cash but can be used for future purchases.
Ticket exchange policy
1. Exchange of Tickets Purchased at the Box Office:
2. Tickets purchased at the CINAMON cinema box office can only be exchanged at the box office for another screening no later than 1 hour before the start of the screening. If the prices of the exchanged tickets differ, the customer must pay the price difference. Requests made less than one hour before the screening may not be considered.
3. Exchange of Tickets Purchased Online:
4. CINAMON does not refund tickets purchased online, except in cases where the screening is canceled due to the cinema’s fault.
5. Tickets purchased online cannot be exchanged, except if the screening is canceled due to the cinema’s fault.
6. If you are unable to print the tickets or show the QR code, please note down the purchase number and request the tickets to be printed at the cinema box office or use the cinema’s self-service kiosks. Tickets with QR codes are accepted both printed and displayed on a mobile phone or tablet screen.
7. If you encounter any problems with tickets purchased online (e.g., tickets not received), please send an email to mega@cinamonkino.com, including:
the movie title,
the screening time,
and a payment confirmation document (e.g., payment receipt).
Entering cinema hall
1. Before entering the cinema hall, all tickets are checked either by an automatic gate or by an attendant. A ticket is personal and may only be used by one person. Cinema halls open no later than 10 minutes before the screening starts. During the screening, the gate can be reopened if the visitor wishes to use the restroom or purchase products from the kiosk or box office.
2. Cinema staff have the right to request an identity document when viewing age-restricted films, as well as proof of entitlement to discounts (e.g., student ID, pension certificate, disability document), and may also ask to see the ticket again.
3. For 3D film screenings, visitors must use or request 3D glasses if needed. Please return the glasses after the screening unless otherwise indicated. If you feel the 3D glasses are not working properly or do not create the desired effect, please contact the cinema staff.
4. Visitors with epilepsy are advised to watch only regular 2D films or performances.
5. Cinema visitors must comply with the general cinema rules (see “General Admission Policy”).
Movie timings
1. CINAMON is responsible for ensuring that film screenings start according to the established schedule and for making any necessary changes to the schedule. If tickets have already been purchased for a screening and changes to the schedule occur, CINAMON is obliged to notify all ticket purchasers without delay.
2. Advertisements may be shown before the start of the film.
3. If a screening is cancelled or its start time does not correspond to the published schedule, cinema staff are required to refund the amount paid for the purchased tickets.
4. Customers are obliged to comply with the age restrictions applied to films.
Ticket buying process online
1. Cinema tickets for CINAMON can be conveniently purchased from anywhere in the world via the CINAMON website at cinamonkino.com. Online ticket sales close 30 minutes before the screening starts. Tickets can be bought using loyalty program discounts or without discounts. More information about the CINAMON KEY loyalty program can be found in the “CINAMON KEY loyalty program” section.
2. To easily purchase tickets, select the desired movie on the homepage or use the quick search to find a film. All available screenings can also be found easily in the calendar by choosing the movie schedule and the desired date. Use the search function to find a specific film.
3. After selecting the desired screening, add the required number of tickets to your cart. When adding tickets, a seat map will appear where you can choose available seats. After selecting seats, you will see an overview of your purchase and can proceed to payment via debit card, credit card, or cryptocurrency. Before completing the payment, please verify the screening time, date, and number of tickets.
4. If you are not logged into your CINAMON KEY account during purchase, you will need to provide an email address where you want the tickets sent. If you are logged into your account, the tickets will be sent to your registered email address.
5. After payment is completed, the tickets will be sent to the specified email address. If you do not receive your tickets or encounter any issues with purchasing or receiving tickets, please contact us by email, specifying the screening, number of tickets, and payment method. Information about exchanging tickets purchased online can be found in the rules above.
